What’s the best advice you’ve ever received about overcoming self-doubt? Depression and anxiety alone result in the loss of some 12 billion working days each year, according to the World Health Organisation. This World Mental Health Day, members are sharing what you can do to protect and improve your own mental health and that of others, from striking up a conversation about someone’s passion to clearing your head in nature.
